FYI: In regard to contextual menus operation, they worked consistently and reliably in High Sierra on an older MacPro Desktop. Instead one must open the App copy the desired password, etc. Otherwise, if it worked properly, I would likely give it a 4 star rating taking into account the requirement to enter passwords multiple times for the various parts of the App and browser extensions and no contextual menu available for entering passwords into Apps, or files while in Finder. The level of support and arrogance I have received regarding this issue is the primary reason for a 2 Star rating.

My response to them is why don't they test it themselves before they release it to see if they are sending out buggy software to their customers. My last contact them was to inform me that they will be releasing soon a new version of the App or Extension and have no idea if it will fix this issue but wanted me to volunteer to test it for them on my machine after they release it. From my perspective it confirms to me that the issue is either the browser extension contextual menus of SafeInCloud are either incompatible with Apple's latest professional desktop computers, or the latest versions of Catalina, of which their support seems to be in denial of. When tested with this configuration I experienced the same failure.

I spent hours doing this without success and finally did the definitive test which was to reformat a drive install the latest MacOS to it, and add only a single extension and App to the clean system which as the SafeInCloud App and the browser extension for Brave. "You're a big boy now, fix it yourself", meaning I was told that it was my extensions, or configuration issue and I would have to figure it out for myself. Efforts to get support for this issue failed miserably and ultimately I was given the "Big Boy" support option- i.e. However when upgrading my Mac to a MacDesktop 2019 and Catalina the browsers (3 different ones) allow the contextual menus to be used once and they generate a cryptic error message with successive usage.
